Availing Bus Facility

  • The school extends transportation services to students through its bus facility, subject to application and availability of seats, adhering to a principle of first-come-first-serve.
  • Students availing the bus service shall be picked up and dropped off at designated bus stops approved by the institution.
  • The school reserves the right to re-schedule the bus routes as and when needed.

Withdrawal of Bus Facility

  • To discontinue availing the bus facility, a written application duly signed by the parent must be submitted to the school administration; verbal notifications will not be entertained.
  • One-month notice period is mandated for the discontinuation of transportation services, with requests considered valid until October 31st of the academic session.
  • Requests for discontinuation submitted post-October 31st will not be accommodated, and corresponding fees shall be charged accordingly.
  • Post termination of bus services, reinstatement of the same shall not be feasible. (Exceptions may arise as necessitated. Notification of such changes shall be communicated to parents in advance through circulars.)
