Admmission Procedure

Generally the admission test/interaction is conducted during the last week of February every year. For the purpose, the admission notice is published in school the website. Accordingly, the Registration of students are made available at the school website. After successful registration, you need to submit the offline pre-printed form which will be available at the school office only on the producing the Registration Number, Relevant documents & Payment of Registration/Form fee.

The test/interaction is conducted in subjects viz. English, Hindi, Maths and Science. The result of the test/interaction is published in the School website. The successful candidates are further called for admission along with their parents.

Instruction for Registration/Admission Process:

  1. The admission process has been carefully designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency.
  2. Eligibility age for the admission (as on 31st March, 2024)

  3. Class           Age Criteria
    Class NUR.           Between 3 - 4 Years
    Class LKG           Between 4 - 5 Years
    Class UKG           Between 5 - 6 Years
    Class I           Between 6 - 7 Years

  4. It is mandatory for all the parents to have a valid E-mail ID and mobile number in order to receive communication through mail/SMS of online registration.
  5. After filling in the Online Registration Form, the print out of the same will be taken from school only in the presence of concerned parent.
  6. The following documents are required to be submitted at the time of offline form submission.

  7. Nursery, LKG, UKG           Classes I to IX & XI
    Color passport size photographs of mother, father and student           Color passport size photographs of mother, father and student
    Photocopy of Aadhar card           Photocopy of Aadhar card
    Birth certificate of the candidate           Employee’s ID Card (in case of JSP employee)
    Employee’s ID Card (in case of JSP employee)           Caste certificate (if any)
    Caste certificate (if any)           Vaccination certificate
    Vaccination certificate (if applicable)           Mark sheets of the previous class (not applicable for class I)

  8. The schedule for Offline Form filling and submission at O.P Jindal School office is given below.

    25th December, 2024 - 02nd March, 2024           9:00 AM to 02:00 PM

    Those who fail to submit the Online Registration Form in the school on the specified dates and time as per the schedule mentioned above will be allowed to submit the same only on 04th March 2024 between 9:00 AM and 02:00 PM.

  10. After successful registration, you need to submit the offline pre-printed form which will be available at the school office only on the producing the Registration Number, Relevant documents & Payment of Registration/Form fee of Rs. 700/-
  11. The admission of your ward will be confirmed only after the verification of the relevant details like date of birth etc. by the school office and payment of the requisite fee.
  12. Merely submission of the form does not guarantee the admission of your ward.
  13. If any information furnished in the Registration Form/Admission Form, is found to be incorrect/misleading, the admission of your ward is likely to be cancelled, even after the admission is granted.
  14. Either of the parent (father or mother) only, will be allowed to school campus to submit that documents and related fee in order to avoid overcrowding.

    After Submission of form, Date and Time will be announced later. Test and interaction with students.

  18. Admission in classes NUR. to VIII will be on personal interaction.
  19. Admission in classes VIII, IX and XI will be on the basis of admission test and personal interaction.
  20. Formalities related to the interaction will be informed in due course of time.

General Instruction:

  1. All fields are compulsory to be filled. In case the data is not applicable- specify NA in that field.
  2. Please specify by the correct E-mail ID at the time of online Registration as initialization and confirmation of the form submission will be directly go to your E-mail ID.
  3. You are advised to fill in only Online Registration Form. Duplicate forms will be rejected.
